Surviving are his wife, Nancy (Moore) Shields of New Cumberland three daughters, Barb (John) Bowersox of New Cumberland, Tammy (Robert) Beckelhimer of Follansbee and Myrtle Shields (Donald Virden) of New Cumberland 14 grandchildren, Chris, Bill, Christina, Robbie, Toni, Monica, Seth, Abigail, Josh, Izeah, John, Troy, Ariana and Charlie four great-grandchildren, Brayden, Barrett, Jaxson and Luna and a daughter-in-law, Katina Chafin of New Cumberland. and a sister, Eva June Shields preceded him in death. Bob was an avid hunter, fisherman and he enjoyed the Ohio River and his jet ski.
